McCormack Classic Construction’s goal in building houses is to build smaller quantity of homes. In doing so, big and little details will be controlled to produce an exemplary product. Striving to keep homes economically priced and high quality, the overhead is kept at a minimum. Sub-contractors are carefully selected to meet high quality standards.

It was a pleasure and honor to receive the 2009 Builder of the Year Award during the Christmas Banquet in December 2009. Scott attends the general membership meetings, participates in committees and most recently joined the Board of Directors in the home builder association as Secretary/Treasurer in 2010.
